A detailed description of your needs is very helpful. The more information you include, the more helpful it is to me in designing the right window for you.
Pricing
My pricing is quoted by the square foot, added to a per piece price. The average price-per-piece can range from $2 to $4 per piece depending on the cut. 
 
Variables taken into consideration when determining the total cost of a stained glass project are:
 
  • Cost of glass and other materials
  • Intricacy of the glass cuts - the price-per-piece will be based upon the difficulty of the cuts.  In other words, if there are a lot of straight cuts, the cost per piece will be less than if there are a number of deep curves throughout the design.
  • Incorporation of bevels, bevel clusters, exotic glass, nuggets or jewels
  • Foil or lead
  • Window shape other than square or rectangle
  • Installed or free hanging
  • Reinforcement needs
  • Custom Framing
  • Design Fees: I can turn most photographs, pictures and even sketches into workable stained glass panel patterns. Graphic design services for custom patterns are $25 per hour (minimum 1 hour; average 3-5 hours).
 
 
 
 
Payment Policy 
Upon your final approval of the design and prior to production of your commission, a 50% deposit will be required. Upon completion and delivery of your piece, I require that the remaining balance be paid at that time.
 
**Shipping costs only apply to those clients living outside my city.  Otherwise, all pieces are hand-delivered.
