Pricing
 
Variables taken into consideration when determining the total cost of a stained glass project are:
 
  • Cost of glass and other materials
  • Intricacy of the glass cuts - the price-per-piece will be based upon the difficulty of the cuts.  In other words, if there are a lot of straight cuts, the cost per piece will be less than if there are a number of deep curves throughout the design.
  • Incorporation of custom bevels, bevel clusters, exotic glass, nuggets or jewels
  • Foil or lead
  • Window shape other than square or rectangle
  • Installed or free hanging
  • Reinforcement needs
  • Custom Framing
  • Design Fees
 
My pricing is quoted by the square foot, added to a per-piece price. The average per-piece price can range from $3 to $5 depending on the kind of cut.   Materials and overhead are also factored in.

Payment Policy 
I require a $75 design fee before I start drawing.  Once I have your approval, that fee will  be adjusted within your quote.  Once I get your final approval of the design and prior to production of your commission, a 50% deposit will be required. Upon completion and delivery of your piece, I require that the remaining balance be paid at that time.
 
**Shipping costs only apply to those clients living outside my city.  Otherwise, all pieces are hand-delivered.
